A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“The first impression walking into this hotel is really good- bright, clean, modern. Friendly staff. The room was really large, modern, colorful and clean. Very close to Covenant Hospital, which was what we needed. We liked the toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and had a variety of choices Very good at a reasonable price. A few things that need improving: 1.the bed was comfortable, but was on a metal foundation with metal supports, so it made a clanging sound every time we moved. 2. There should be separate floors or wings for pets vs no pets. I am allergic to cats and dogs and need to stay in a pet free room. Since I don't travel with pets, the lonely pup next door barking and whining until his owner returned was bothersome (while I was trying to sleep). Turning the fan on drowned out the nose. (I know I could have looked for a pet free hotel but needed a hotel last minute close to the hospital).3. The tissues and toilet paper were so thin- niot something I've ever even thought about at hotels, but it was really bad. Buy something better for your guests please. *Even though I see a few areas for improvement, I would recommend this hotel. Overall a good stay.”
“The place is definitely a good choice, especially if you need a room that sleeps 6. Rooms are clean. The only downside for me, which admittedly will be an upside for pet owners, is that pets are allowed. There was a pea puddle in the elevator and there was a definite scent of pets in the room. We got used to it pretty quickly and then didn't notice it anymore, but it was definitely there. Again, if you are a pet owner that brings your pet with you on trips, this might be a five-star place for you! Girl at the front desk was extremely competent and helpful, even under pressure of a very long line and her being the only one behind the counter. We will probably stay here again.”
“Staff great! Super nice and helpful. Location was great and easy. 2 things for a 4 star. One the 3rd floor were we stayed. Smelled of pot when we arrived, very classy! Then we found 3 cockroaches to welcome us to our room. Looked pretty much like the picture. They do allow pets and at a great price $25 a pet.”
“Our stay is always at its finest thanks to the exceptional service we receive. As a school district, we frequently reserve rooms for the majority of our sports teams, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Whether it’s adjusting check-out dates or adding and removing rooms from our reservations, everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. Diana is especially helpful and thoughtful, always making sure our arrangements are taken care of with care and attention. From the moment we check in, we are warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. The rooms are always clean and fresh, creating a comfortable environment for our students and staff. Each morning, we’re welcomed with a friendly “good morning” at breakfast, and when it’s time to leave, we’re sent off with a gracious goodbye and a “see you soon.” Thank you all for consistently taking such great care of our school district, we truly appreciate it.”
“Definitely Recommend, great rooms, great staff and the Young Man working breakfast area is absolutely amazing, kind and so very helpful. We were given a great price too! They do have a 100 dollar incidental fee up front, which should not be a problem getting back because we strive to leave the rooms as we found, which were in excellent condition in our case.”
“Update: I stayed here again and Maureen was extremely helpful. She reached out to me before I even knew if I would require assistance. I rate this location 5 stars all around. It was a pleasure dealing with Micheal at check-in. He explained everything well and has a welcoming personality. Maureen, the front desk rep I spoke with in the morning, while polite, could improve on her listening and comprehension skills. Interrupting me to answer questions I wasn't asking, and needing to have multiple phone conversations to get confirmation on details of 2 simple questions I'd already made known I researched, that she didn't have knowledge on, was a slight turnoff. However, I was surprised at how much I like the room. Spacious, with enough room around the furniture to walk around and your suitcase but be in the way, and it was clean, bathroom included. There is a full length mirror and everything you need to look crisp and put together. The guestroom doors don't scare you out of your sleep when they close. They purchased an additional adjacent parking lot, and parking was a breeze even with larger vehicles present. It's right off the highway, which is convenient, and well lit outside. When you leave the elevator on floors above the main lobby, the decor was well done, and the hallways are bright, clean, and put me at ease.”
